Refund policy
PLEASE READ : We charge a restocking fee of $15 dollars PER ITEM for all returns and exchanges.
We are not liable for lost, delayed or stolen packages once they are delivered through Fed-Ex to your supplied address.
We want you to love your purchase from Feyline Merch. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 4-day return policy from the date of receipt of your item.
Once a return label is issued, you’ll have 72 hours to complete the return.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached. It must also be in its original packaging. You'll need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and sale items. Please reach out if you have concerns about a specific item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Missing Item:
Customers must report any missing items within 4 days of receiving their order. This 4-day window begins on the day the package is marked as delivered.
To report a missing item, please contact our customer service team at info@feylinemerch.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Reports made after the 4-day period may not be eligible for investigation or replacement.

Incorrect Item Sent:
At Feyline Merch, we take pride in accuracy and quality. However, if you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the error and will make it right as quickly as possible.
If you receive an incorrect item:

Please contact us at info@feylinemerch.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the item received. -
Return Label Provided
Once confirmed, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. The incorrect item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. -
Replacement Sent Promptly
Upon receiving the returned item, we will immediately ship out the correct item at no additional cost. -
Limited Stock Items
If the correct item is no longer in stock, you may choose between a full refund or store credit.
